When you get to Patagonia (located in Southern America), you will unlock the Wingsuit. When you get to your equipment select screen, which is the screen once you choose an event, and the same screen you choose to Start Run on. Go down to Gear, make sure a Wingsuit is equipped, and start your run.

Once in the run, go off a jump, and press RB. This will deploy your wingsuit, and unlock the achievement. :)

A wingsuit can be obtained by playing through to Patagonia in World Tour mode and unlocking Elise, who comes equipped with her own unique wingsuit, or by purchasing one in the GEAR slot during character select in Explore or Global Event modes. Make sure the wingsuit is equipped and during gameplay press R1 Button until your character deploys their wingsuit and this trophy should pop. Pressing even off a standard on the ground jump should be enough air to unlock this trophy.
