How to unlock the A True Finale achievement in Star Ocean The Divine Force - Definitive Guide
You do not need to view the neutral/bad/solo endings
Raymond:
Laeticia:
and you do not need to save after viewing the endings. I only saved after the initial run for the file clear star to access the post-game dungeons, and this achievement locked alongside the one for my final ending.
Only the character with the highest affection will get an ending with your chosen lead. This means that you have to complete the full game twice, choosing Raymond and Laeticia at the start of two different saves, and kill the final boss at least 16 times in total. The item Tears of Aphrodite will increase a character's affection with your lead and will be your go-to source for acquiring different endings.
You'll receive one Tears of Aphrodite by turning in Mini-Bunnies, and a second can be obtained from a chest in the final dungeon of the main game. To acquire more you can either farm bosses (the frog, specifically) in Den'mohr Delve - which you'll be doing anyway to get money for Item Creation - or through Compounding (Aquaberries + Roly-Poly Bean) using a character such as Nina. Unlocking talents like Blessing of Mana may or may not influence the rate at which the item is created; save and reload as necessary.
Only a handful of Tears of Aphrodite are required; aim for 5~10, then save. Give them all to one character, kill the final boss, decline to save, then load and repeat with a different character.

I had unlocked all 16 achievements related to all the endings, but this one didn't unlock. I had to redo all 16 and overwrite the same save slot for it to pop on the last one. I think I wet myself. In any case, I definitely had to save after each one, and on the same slot.

In order to see all of the endings, you have to make two complete story playthroughs. At the beginning of the game, you get an option to select who your main protagonist: either Raymond or Laeticia. The story itself is only around 20hrs or so. Once you are near the end you should have a full inventory of Aquaberries and close to a full amount of Roly-Poly Beans. The later are easily found in the Larcasse Region, entering from Larcasse Weald by killing the bird enemies just a bit from the zone line.
If you haven't already, you will need to at least unlock the Compounding Skill from Welch in Delryk Village - her quests will begin once you meet her after a story mission. To complete the first quest to unlock Compounding, you only need to give her 3 of the Roly-Poly Beans that we already have. Once unlocked max out Albairds Compounding skill and make 2 hard saves. Then, you just need to have Albaird compound an Aquaberry & Roly-Poly Bean and hope for a Tears of Aphrodite. Once you get it save and go again; when you fail and get a Vile Goop, reload the new save and try again. The IC in this game is a random mess so you can go a few times before you'll get the actual item.
After you have a bunch of them (I went with 10), make hard saves before the final boss, pick one of the characters and feed them all of the Tears. Then after you end the game, made a separate save & repeat with all of the other characters.

This is unusual. There is a guide for this trophy on truetrophies, before it is on trueachievements.
