To unlock Crowe's secret ending, you must have earned the extra ending scenes for Reimi, Meracle, and Sarah, and completed these four Private Actions:
On the trip to Cardianon, with 20% of the trip remaining, talk to Reimi in the battle simulation room.
After Myuria joins your party, but before you complete the Purgatorium, talk to Bacchus and Myuria in the Crew Quarters.
During the flight to En II and while docked on En II, trigger the Private Action with Edge, Arumat, and Reimi. When Arumat asks about Crowe, say that Crowe is your best friend or rival.
When you reach the Halls of Termination on Nox Obscurus, place a Funereal Bouquet near the remains of Crowe's ship.
