Unlocking Faize's secret ending takes a few more Private Actions than Crowe's -- eight, to be exact.
On the trip to Cardianon, with 60% of the trip remaining, talk to Faize in the north room of the Meeting Room.
On the trip from Cardianon to Earth, with 50% of the trip remaining, speak to Reimi in the Meeting Room for the Private Action that ends with Lymle and Faize kissing.
On the trip from Cardianon to Earth, with 40% of the trip remaining, speak to Lymle in the Recreation Room.
On the third part of the trip from Roak back to Aeos, don't watch the Private Action with Meracle. Instead, talk to Lymle in the Recreation Room.
Faize and Lymle must be roommates to trigger this Private Action. Then, on the fourth part of the trip from Roak to Aeos, or after watching the event with an angry Faize while docked at Aeos, speak to Faize and Lymle in their room to see this Private Action.
On the second part of the trip from Aeos to En II, have some cookies with Reimi and Lymle in the Rec Room.
On the seventh part of the trip from Aeos to En II, talk to Lymle and Sarah in the battle simulator room.
While docked on Nox Obscurus, talk to Lymle in the north room of the Meeting Room. Note that in order to trigger this event, Lymle must have high Affinity for Edge and Faize, and they must have high Affinity toward her.

The, Pants, Party
In addition to having good affinity in general like the other endings, you need these specific PA's triggered or you have no chance of getting the achievement.
- On the third leg of the flight from Lemuris to Cardianon, view Faize's first training event in the storage area north of the meeting room.
- On the fifth leg of the flight from the Cardianon Mothership to the alternate Earth, trigger the event at the Item Creation terminal that ends with an accidental kiss between Lymle and Faize.
- On the sixth leg of the flight from the Cardianon Mothership to the alternate Earth, speak with Lymle in the recreation room.
- On the third leg of the flight from Planet Roak to Planet Aeos, skip the Meracle event and speak to Lymle in the recreation room instead.
- Make Faize and Lymle roommates, then make sure to speak with them in their room during the fourth leg of the flight from Roak to Aeos, or after triggering the Faize training event while docked on Aeos.
- On the second leg of the flight from Aeos to En II, have some cookies with Lymle and Reimi in the recreation room.
- On the seventh leg of the flight from Aeos to En II, speak to Sarah and Lymle in the room with the battle simulator.
- While docked on Nox Obscurus, speak with Lymle in the storage area north of the meeting room. This one requires a lot of affinity between Lymle, Faize and Edge (but by doing the first 7 steps you should be there).
