This boss is unmissable, but in case anyone is having problems killing him (other than the obvious LEVEL UP MORE!) here are some helpful hints:
I recommend Bacchus, Lymle and Reimi as your team mates.
Sahariel is resistant to fire and wind, and weak against water and thunder. First thing to do is disable all of Lymle's fire symbols so she is stuck as healer. (you can take Faize over Lymle as his symbols actually work, I just prefer having a healer) Set all 3 of their tactics to Stay Out Of Trouble so they keep away.
Now we are going to face Sahariel with Edge, but not straight in front of him - keep slightly to the side to avoid his attacks. Basically your long range team mates will fill up Sahariel's rush meter, causing him to rear up and expose the weak point on his chest when it maxes out - the weak point you will dive in and smash with Edge's Stampede Slash combo. (which usually also stops Sahariel from doing his Voltage Blast move)
Hitting him anywhere other than the weak spot will do very little damage, so don't waste your MP on anything other than the weak spot.

Squelched Sahariel - 30G (Original Achievement)
Difficulty: 3/10
Sahariel is the 3rd Boss of the game and you will fight it on board the Cardianon Mothership.
Suggested Party: Edge, Reimi, Lymle, Bacchus
Sahariel's weak spot is it's chest, It has an attack where it raises up its chest to charge up. This is a good opportunity to move in with Edge and get as many combos in as possible. However if Sahariel is in Rush Mode, you need to get away fast because it WILL use its attack soon. Repeat this and heal as necessary to win.
