This requires at least one romulan and klingon ship to survive.
Make sure at the start you hail all the romulan and klingon ships and they become part of the fleet. Pretty straight forward.
When you battle the cubes focus on them. I used two sovereigns on one cube and a defiant and the enterpirse on the other, once they were taken out the allies in the fleet stopped dieing real quick.
