Pretty simple just never cloak in this mission. Stay to the outside of the map. When it comes to when you have to make scans of objects, I found it easiest to hold X and divert all power to the engines, then lock onthe object, fly in, scan, and fly in circles and up and down till the scan clock runs out and then warp out of there. If you find your ship is getting critical damage just warp out and repair then retry. At the end of your mission all you have to do is fly at the array and torpedo the weapons unit that is there, still with full power to the engines.
