How to unlock the Resistance Was Useful achievement in Star Trek Legacy - Definitive Guide
Works best with boosting.
Very easy. Just have a match with 70,000 command points and 10 respawns. Just have the opponent have all the weakest ships (scouts), also works if they just have one ship. You use the Borg Tactical Cube (65,000 Command Points). You can just sit at the spawn point and kill them. Should take no time at all. Works better if you have more than one enemy so they can be the other races and you can get three achievements at once.

Just wanted to point out, you can do this with only two players, no bots. For some reason, I thought a battle had to have four players, even if two of them were bots, and that was making this more difficult than it had to be. Just do one-on-one, with the weakest Borg scout vessels on the losing side, and any powerful ships on the winning side, and this will be done in no time.

Take a destroyer class ship from any faction except Borg. Set the game to have 4 ships and 10 respawns. You need at least one other player to start the match. Have all other players choose 4 scout class ships. Start the match and you and your AI players will easily take out the scout ships. Very quick and easy achievement. To help even further, have the other players all choose a different faction to knock out the other "destroy 10" achievements.
