The Empire story arc is the first story arc to be completed and is started right after you create a Klingon character. It is made of five Episodes (primary missions):

3. Space Chase
4. Manhunt
5. Friend or Foe
After completing the fifth mission, this Achievement will unlock and you will start the second story arc, Warzone.
