At the back of your Truck there is an Airlock you can use to go outside and repair any damaged you may get
Usually you'll have to put on the Spacesuit that's right of the door to do that safely, to get this achievement, don't put the suit on at all, instead just go into the airlock, close the door with the button and then use the switch on the left, you will be ejected outside of your Truck and if you're quick enough you can get back inside without dying
