As the description says you need to do 5 jobs for Cloverleaf

This is pretty random when choosing a job check at the bottom right of the screen under the destination for the Cloverleaf company name (The first company name is the one who is offering the job)

If you want you can check your progress by going to any paint shop which is opened early on (the second of Red Eddie's missions), check the list of paint jobs for your progress.

You need to find 5 loads that have the name Cloverfield on the left side of the job posting (under the job description). I got 3 jobs very early in the game and then nothing until I hit level 48 several hundred jobs later. I had to hang out in Medusa Six doing 1 hop jobs between it, Atlas Prime, Gamma Valley, and Emerald junction while searching for the right job. Cloverleaf is based in Edgeburgh and it appears that (for me at least) their loads are only sourced locally.
