You will first need to unlock the multi trailer skill.
There is one of the left and one on the right side of the skill tree.
Once you've unlocked one you'll get multi trailer jobs appear at the job board, these are the ones you need to accept, complete 5 and achievement unlocked.
You CAN'T accept 2 jobs and hitch up to 2 trailers because the game doesn't let you.
WARNING I have found it a few times where the drop zone is too short for my multi trailer and therefore can't compete the job requiring you to cancel and get a hefty fine, I highly recommend saving before every multi trailer job.
