How to unlock the Unlock the Remote Rocket Launcher achievement in STAR WARS: Battlefront Classic Collection - Definitive Guide
This is for Battlefield II. To get legendary demolition status, you need to get 64 demolition career medals.
To view your current medals it's at the main menu > options > career stats.
There's an easy and efficient way to do this.
First thing I would recommend go into game options and turning off all the aim assists and go third person.
Then you want to go Singleplayer -> Instant Action.
Options - Global
AI Units Per Team - 0
Options - Conquest
AI Units Per Team - 0
Reinforcements - 500
Timer - 30
Options - Hero
Heros - OFF
Then you click add, and choose HOTH Conquest Civil War and then launch, choose rebels and spawn in as a rocket character.
Then make your way to base 1, and capture it. This'll give you an easy way to respawn near the AT-AT's.
Once you capture Base 1, move to the AT-ATs and shoot their neck 4 times, thus giving you the medal.
After you get the medal WAIT 30 seconds, and then click start and respawn and then choose base 1.
Keep repeating this over and over until you get 64 medals.
After 32 medals, it reduces the requirements by one, so you'll only need 3 critical shots per medal.
I've attached my video showing exactly how to do it.

Pretty solid method. I got 18 within 30 minutes, so this will take 1.5-2 hours to grind this way

I find AT-AT to be more difficult to hit in the correct spot, so you can do the same on Rhen Var Harbor playing as CIS (Droids).
Spawn and just walk to the Republic Walker, it’s closer than Imperial on Hoth.
Aim under the cockpit in the black circle.

To reach legendary Demolition status you need to get the Demolition medal 64 times.
(Demolition medal - Get 4 Rocket Launcher critical hits on a vehicle in one life (only 3 at Elite)
To view your medals go to Star Wars Battlefront 2 -> Pick a Profile -> Options -> Career Stats.
There you can see all your medals.
Medal ranks
Green:
0 medals earned - You will NOT receive rewards even if you earn medals.
Veteran:
4 medals earned - You will receive the appropriate reward every time you earn a medal.
Elite:
32 medals earned - You will receive the appropriate reward every time you earn a medal. In addition, the medal requirements decrease by 1/4.
Legendary:
64 medals earned - You will receive the reward for any medal on Legendary level at the beginning of every round you play in single player modes.
Lauch Hoth grab a snowspeeder, get near the AT-AT, get out, and shoot it in the neck (the big Cylindrical Part behind its Head).
You can use cheat codes like Infinite Ammo, these will NOT void Achievements.

Here’s a method that allowed me to get 50 medals in 45 minutes (based on the comments by Zhukiv2009, SharkbaitHooha1, Jally Wags, and something I accidentally discovered). It seems to be much faster than the Hoth method.
Game mode
Instant Action > Rhen Var: Harbour > Conquest > Clone Wars
Settings
AI Units: 0
Reinforcements: 10
Heroes: Off
Timer: 45
Steps:
1. Select the CIS team
2. Spawn at command post 2 as an assault droid
3. Hop in an armoured tank droid that spawns around the command post
4. Drive to the AT-TE (located in the massive open area, bottom of the map)
5. Shoot the critical hit spot 4 times to earn a medal (located on the front in the bottom, it’s a circular shape)
6. Return to command post 2 once you’ve unlocked the award rocket launcher, select your class, and then turn off award weapon (with RB) [even though it’s closer, capturing command post 3 will cause enemy units to go down and end the session early].
7. You can now get continue to get critical hits without respawning, just make a pit stop at enemy command post 5 to restock ammo when you need. This can be done in one life without respawning.
8. Lastly, to ensure these medals are saved to your profile you must complete the match. Victory or defeat is fine, so long as you finish it you can quit after loading into the next match. I found that the fastest way to end the match if the timer hadn’t expired was to capture command post 3.
IMPORTANT
You need to wait 30 seconds after receiving a medal to land the last shot and receive the next one. (Using the on-screen timer helps pace this.) This means as soon as you get a demolition medal you can land 3 critical shots while the 30 seconds passes. After 31 seconds you can fire the final fourth shot and receive a medal. Once you are elite status you only need 3 critical shots to get a medal, so only shoot 2 shots during the 30 second wait.
Final Note
Apparently you can also use the infinite ammo cheat, but I didn’t use it myself so I can’t confirm. Happy hunting!

Second controller needed, play in splitscreen. Go to instant action, set up a CTF match without bots. (Options, CTF, AI per team 0) Map Mygeeto, CTF with 2 flags, Galactic War. Captures to win is 1.
Now start the game, player 2 as empire and starting point 0, player one starts as rebels, point 3 as the rocket guy. Run to point 0 on the map and take the flag. With player two, enter one of the two tanks in front of the flag. Thrn shot two rockets into the black hatch on the back of the tank, respawn player 2, enter second tank, repeat. You should revieve the award "Demolition".
Now, switch from rocket to pistol, run to point 2 and with the second controller spawn in player 2. From this point on, keep respawning player 2 at this starting point after each kill.
Kill player 2 six times with the pistol for award "Gunslinger", then go to point 3 and switch to the regular soldier. Now kill player 2 twelve times with the rifle for the medal "Frenzy". Head to point 3, switch to sniper, kill player 2 six times by headshots with the sniper rifle, award "Marksman". Switch to engineer at point 3, let player 2 enter the tank spawned at point 3. Switch your main weapon and hack the tank for award "Technician". After that, kill player 2 eight times with your shotgun for award "Regulator". Now, you should have won all awards, including "Endurance", "Guardian" and "War Hero" along the way for scoring 12, 24 and 36 points in one life.
Bring the flag you captured at the start to your base and win the round. (Important for saving earned medals.) Now, all you have to to ist to start over. Repeat for 64 times to get all awards to legendary. Keep in mind, after 32 times, requirements for all awards are lowered by 25%, meaning the second half of the grind is a little faster.

Battlefront 2. The number of medals received determines the status. "Undermining" is given for 4 hits to the vulnerable spot of the vehicle with a bazooka for 1 life. Upon reaching the "Elite" status - for 3 crits. Quite a difficult medal. The medal gives a second bazooka with a guided missile.
In total, you need to collect 64 medals:
Vulnerabilities of the equipment:
If you take it the honest way, the trophy is quite difficult and boring, but you can farm it in about an hour.
If you choose the capture point mode, it is convenient to track how many medals you have already received (with each respawn you will lose 1 point). If you make a trophy using this method from scratch, it should drop when you have 87 points left.
In total, you need to collect 64 medals:
- "Newbie" status - from 0 to 3 medals.
- Veteran status – from 4 to 31 medals.
- Elite status – from 32 to 63 medals.
- "Legend" status - 64+ medals.
Vulnerabilities of the equipment:
- AT-AT — neck
- AT-TE - Front Cylinder Under Cab
- IFTX - Back Panel
- AAT - Back Panel
- AT-ST - rear panel
- AT-RT - Back between the legs
- The spider is the part that connects the legs and the body
- Hailfire - the triangular part under the cockpit
- Snail Tank - Rear Tread Cylinder
If you take it the honest way, the trophy is quite difficult and boring, but you can farm it in about an hour.
- Choose a quick battle and the planet Hoth with the capture point mode.
- In the settings before the battle, set the AI counter to zero.
- You start a battle for the rebels.
- Select a Bazout and appear in the hangar. Get into the snowspeeder and fly to the AT-AT (they stand still and do not move).
- Shoot any AT-AT in the neck 4 times, get a medal.
- Wait 30 seconds and after a pause respawn in the hangar again, repeat. If you don't wait, but appear immediately, then you won't get the next medal. For convenience, after each medal that dropped, I started the timer on my phone - very convenient.
If you choose the capture point mode, it is convenient to track how many medals you have already received (with each respawn you will lose 1 point). If you make a trophy using this method from scratch, it should drop when you have 87 points left.
