Precision shot
Get 10 headshots with the Cycler Rifle (Multiplayer)
How to unlock the Precision shot achievement in STAR WARS Battlefront - Definitive Guide
First you need to get to level 28 before you can buy the Cyber Rifle. It costs 3100 Credits which shouldnt be an issue at level 28.
After that just make sure to equip it in your hand and get headshots. Best advice is to stay back and take your time aiming. It will be a one shot kill with a headshot
Added note:
After actually getting the achievement now, I found drop zone to be the best way. Just hide with a view of the pod and when they go for it just shoot. They will stop for a moment so it gives you time to aim

Is this like other games where you can pick it up off a dead person who had it?

No. You have to have the card for it to use it.

Cycler Rifle is unlock at rank 28,it cost 3100 credits.
I actually get the achievement in the Blast Mode (Team Deathmatch),
My method is using Trait Cards Scout to disappear from the radar and give your enemy a surprise attack,
because the Cycler Rifle is not a good long-range weapon,
You will need more time to aim and get the headshot.
(Trait Cards Scout is available at rank 15,Cost:7000 credits)

The Cycler Rifle will become available at Rank 28 & costs around 3,100 credits I think.
Equip this into your hand and head off into a multiplayer mode, I recommend Drop Zone or Cargo because players will be standing still to activate/deactivate pods, & to collect cargo.
The rifle is really powerful and will be a one shot kill if you can get a head shot. The trick is to bide your time and wait for the shot, I found I had an itchy finger trigger at first and panicked and always missed my shot.
Just take your time, try and wait until the enemy is busy picking up cargo or interacting with a drop pod and then let 'em have it!
You'll get a message show up on the left side of the screen when your score for killing a player pops up and you'll get a headshot bonus, this shows that it was a success and will count towards your ten.
I was dreading this trophy on the basis that it's one of the rarest ones in the list but I had it after a few games and about 20 minutes so it's not difficult.
Hit ten headshots and the pop is yours.
Good luck!

I want to add that if you get a head shot from quite a long distance that it only really takes 90 of their health off so you want to be a little close to them.

Oh really? I wasn't aware of this, I guess I was always a little closer with my shots. Nice addition though.

Firstly you need to be rank 28 to purchase this card at a cost of 3,100 credits.
I found this easiest playing Drop Zone. Once your team has the pod sit somewhere reasonably far back but close enough you can see most of the pod.
A member of the opposing team will try to capture it and most will usually sit still for this. If they use a personal shield the rifle shot penetrates this so it will be an easy headshot on an unsuspecting victim. This will also help with the achievement for killing 10 enemies whilst they are capturing your pod.
