Safety ain't the point of a joyride
Take no damage in the Endor Chase mission
How to unlock the Safety ain't the point of a joyride achievement in STAR WARS Battlefront - Definitive Guide
Endor Chase is a training mission where you drive a Speeder through the Endor forrest, I travelled at about 60% speed as to keep up with the rebels and then all you need to do is use to navigate through the paths, avoid the trees and walls and near the end avoid the AT-ATs as I'm unsure if you can be damaged by them as I sort of bounced off an AT-ST. No one will be shooting at you so you only have to avoid crashing.
If you so wish you could use first person by holding
Here's a video, you don't have to follow the paths I took

Confirming, ~60% speed worked great. I also nailed an AT-ST leg to the point that it actually send me backwards a bit, and still took no damage and the achievement still popped.

The Endor Chase mission has you racing through a forest on a super fast speeder. Complete the mission without taking damage to unlock this achievement. It might take a couple of tries to get the hang of the controls, but once you have that down, it's pretty easy.
You don't have to worry about enemies shooting at you, so just take your time and try not to run into anything. But keep in mind, you do need to stay within a certain range of enemies to pass the mission. There's a couple of distinct paths you can take. It actually feels a little like it's on rails. The middle is probably the easiest. Commit to a path and try not to chase enemies into different paths too hard. It's probably a good idea to avoid using your boost as well.
Use the right stick to steer, and the left stick can be used to strafe for minor adjustments. Pressing up on the left stick accelerates your speeder. You do NOT have to keep the stick held up. I was doing that and it made it very difficult. Once you've accelerated to a certain speed you stay at that speed unless you die or push downwards on the stick.
I found it a little easier to do in first person so you can try that too if you're still having trouble.

Here's how I did it in the Endor Chase training mission.
Set your speed at the beginning with the left stick to about 75-80% and pretty much leave it. Its not full throttle but its fast enough so the rebels don't get away from you. Use the right stick to steer. Don't worry about shooting anything at all. You don't have to. Concentrate on sticking to the easy paths, eg: not through tunnels etc and avoiding obstacles. As you don't have to shoot the rebels you will see them as red dots ahead of you. This allows you to see when they make turns so you can anticipate whats ahead. Keep your finger on the left stick so if you hit a tight turn or think you are about to crash then pull down to brake. You shouldn't need to keep accelerating/decelerating. I had the odd bump here and there but provided your white bar stays at 100% you are good. Getting hit by laser fire also does not seem to affect your health. It took me a few goes but is doable with this method.

Basically you want to go close to top speed whenever there's a straightaway, and slow all the way down if you get anywhere near any objects. The game will not register damage sometimes when you are going slowly. I hit a couple of things, but since I was creeping along no damage was registered. Once you get used to the controls it's not bad because you really don't need to be all that close (or go all that fast) to beat the mission.
You need to finish the chase without taking any damage.
Taking damage then picking up health does not count.
The simplest way to unlock this is to start the level and take the throttle up to just over half.
This makes it very easy to negotiate the obstacles and ensure no damage is sustained during the chase.
It also keeps you within distance of the rebels.
Simply get the the end without taking any damage and the achievement is yours.

Short and Sweet way to do this.
1. Load up the Endor Chase training mission.
2. When it starts try and keep the throttle pretty low so you don't crash into anything.
3. Try not to worry about shooting the rebels I only killed two.
4. The mission feels essentially on rails so just calmly speed to the end and you should do it regardless of time AND score.
5. Never tell me the odds.

Ok so this is a pretty easy trophy although it may take a few attempts as it is all too easy to slip up and take damage.
The idea is to chase the rebels on the bikes through Endor, and make it to the end of the mission without taking ANY damage.
Tips:
Watch your speed, if you're going too fast then hold to lower your speed.
Watch out for trees, and branches. If you clip them hard enough you'll take damage, not enough to kill you but probably enough to take half your health before it recharges which will void the trophy.
Crashing head on into a tree or something I believe will not count as you will die and have to use a retry, I'm guessing it has to be a clean run.
Watch out for the AT-ST's...These will be deployed and appear about half way through the mission in the creek on the forest floor to try and stop the rebels. More than once I clipped their legs which sent me off course into a tree causing me to fail so try to avoid them entirely if possible.
At one or two points there is a steep drop with a fallen tree trunk straight ahead, if you're going fast enough it's possible to fly straight into it or at least clip it so reduce speed before the jump.
Try to avoid chasing the rebels on too much of an elaborate route, you've more chance of hitting something if you're swerving along the path so try and keep on a steady course as direct as possible. Sooner or later your path will cross again.
Once you reach the end of the mission the trophy should pop for you.
Best of luck!
