This can be done with the new Medical Droid.
To acquire it you need to unlock the Hutt Contract:
Surgeon
Cost: 3,500
Requirements:
Heal 10 team members
Reach level 3 on the Survivalist trait

Alternatively, you can use the Bacta Bomb which you may already own
Medic
Unlock: Bacta Bomb
Cost: 3500
Bounty: Get 5000 Objective Score Done

Simply heal 100 teammates, this includes overshields for players with full health. You can heal more than one player at a time.
It is recommend to play a 40 player game mode, stick with your partner to get a faster recharge and throw Bacta Bombs at any allies that don't already have a blue glow.
