There are 4 Survivor missions. This achievement requires you to earn 5 stars in total across each or any of these missions. The easiest way would be to play them all on Normal difficulty (4 stars) and then pick all the collectibles from one (I chose Endor which was just a case of running around the outside edge of the map when I had only a single enemy left at the end of the first wave).

Anyone know if this is glitchy like the Training Missions one? I.e. can it actually be won in Co-op?

Can also say I now have 7 and no achievement after the update to.

Ok so you need to play through all 4 survival missions and survive until wave 15.
Stars are awarded for completing certain objectives during the mission such as difficulty levels, deaths and collectibles found.
When you go to the stats screen at the end of the final survival this trophy SHOULD pop.
You'll get at least 4 stars for just making it through all of them and finishing on normal difficulty and you'll almost certainly get at least one other star during your playthrough of all 4.
As long as you come out the other side with at least 5 split over the 4 maps you'll see the pop.
If you don't get this for any reason, go back to the map select and cycle through each one to see which easy stars you could get on a 2nd playthrough that you may have missed out on the first time around.
