This trophy is story-related and cannot be missed.

In the second mission, you're off to Fondor because the Rebels are getting the upper hand in the war and you're needed to even the odds. You'll start out in your TIE Fighter again and after taking down a few targets you will have to board a Rebel ship to destroy the Ion cannons the rebels have been using to decimate the Imperial fleet. Prepare for heavy resistance!
