This trophy is story-related and cannot be missed.
The fourth mission is on Vardos, the first victim of "Operation Cinder". The cruelness of this operation has finally made Iden Versio and Del Meeko decide to rebel against the Empire (see what I did there?) and you're going to have to make your escape fighting through heavy Imperial forces.
