Story related and cannot be missed.

Complete the missions "Pit Fighting Arena", "Merchant Row" and "Docking Bays" and the trophy will pop during the mission status screen. If you are in a hurry then you can use the cheat code "MANDALORIANWAY" and skip all the missions besides Docking Bays.

Boss Tactics:

Chapter ends with a fight against Meeko in his space ship, you start on a conveyor belt in a large room. Make sure to snag the two bounties before killing the boss. I tried to disarm the boss and destroyed one or two turrets before getting the bounties. In the far right of the room there is a small building, inside is a 100% heal and on the roof is one bounty. Continue upwards to find the last, he is hiding behind the steel buildings so you need to fly behind it to capture him. Meeko is straight forward, just keep shooting and moving. He will die within a few minutes.
