This achievement requires you to fully explore each area on all planets. In your map the top left shows the percentage for the entire planet while each area has its own individual percentage (on the bottom left as you look at the different areas). Collecting all the secrets, chest, and force echos will help you explore each region but does not guarantee a 100% exploration. You don't need to collect any of the secrets, force echoes, chests, etc. to obtain the achievement. I have found a guide the shows the maps fully explored so that you can compare your maps to see what you are missing. Also, shows the locations of the various collectibles in each location.

Question, iv got 100% on the planet Bogano all areas also say 100% but if I walk over to abandoned workshop I can still scan a workbench, surely I already got the 100% and the tick box.

Do I have the 100% or dont I? If so walking all the way through the game to scan objects that already say I'm on 100% doesn't make sense.

Tomb of Eilram is glitched 96% for me. I have all of the collectibles (echoes, secrets, and chests), found the hidden meditation point in the windy platforming area, and turned on all of the wind switches in the ball puzzle room and it's still stuck at 96% for me.

Tomb of Miktrull is at 96% for me. I cant get back into the actual tomb area where the walls move back and forth? Anyone have any ideas?

GOT IT right after I posted. It was in plain sight after swinging across 2 vines. I thought it was a meditation spot but it was an echo sense.

I have Weather Monument on Zeffo stuck at 95% is there a common area I could have missed? As far as I can tell I have uncovered all of the map, Nevermind on that it was a force thing I missed, now to finish Ice Caves last 8%

There are plenty of YouTubers who posted what they were struggling with. Type in the map area name and the percentage you've completed and theres likely to be a video on it, provided you arent at like 43% or something.

This was my personal solution for Tomb of Eilram 96%, found in a youtube comment " it might be in the first puzzle room. basically, in the first wind puzzle room where you have to make the ball end up in the middle, you have to turn on every single vent in the room to make it discovered. for some reason, it doesn't count as being discovered when you first enter the room"

Also you should note that the Explored status on the planet may be innacurate. My Zeffo was showing as "Explored" on the lower left, but when I enter the planet it shows "99%" on the top left. If anyone is struggling, mine is Tomb of Eilram that's on 96%, even with the status showing "Explored" on the Holo table.

I have 99% explored on Kashyyk, when I check the map everywhere is explored. I have missing databank entries despite collecting them. They are Wookie Culture 2 and 7, and Imperial Occupation 8. I went back to those spots, and there is nothing there. I'm guessing its bugged, has anyone experienced this and did they manage to sort it out?

Do the areas like Ordo Eris count towards this? I think I just left that without 100% exploration on the lower area, but it's not clear to me yet if you can actually return later. It sounds like you can't.

For me it showed 100% for all planets and places but the achievement didn't unlock.
I checked all planets again and found one shortcut missing in Zeffo (right site of the ship next to the elevator in "ice caves"). I slided down and the achievement popped. I suggest to really check any missing, highlighted shortcut spots.

Definitely a lot of unpatched stuff. The lack of a BD-1 scan option is sometimes fixed by resting (enemies respawn) at the nearest meditation point, or by killing all nearby enemies.

No, it's just the 5 planets you can see on the ship's holotable map thing: Bogano, Dathomir, Kashyyyk, Zeffo, Ilum.
Apparently, the ship's planet map can say Explored 100%, but shouldn't be used for it or trusted - possibly save aboard the ship when you land, reload, then step out onto the planet and check your BD-1 map for the true percentage.
I got 94% just 'naturally' (naturally OCD 😹), but I'd rather die than go for 100% on this! No fast travel is bad enough just completing the story. Sick of this 💩!👋

For this achievement, you need to have all planets 100% explored. If you check your map, the top left will show the percentage for the whole planet, and the bottom left will will show you the percentage for the particular region you are in.

If you are going for the other achievement to collect all secrets and chests, you will get this most of the way done. If you are ever having trouble finishing off a certain region, search for a guide that shows you all of the locations of the force echoes, and that will show you some of the hidden corners of the maps that you've probably overlooked.

For those with 91 percent imperial dig site with the wall blocked off. You have to get to the area via the tomb of mitkrull. From the end of the bridge that looks to go towards the dig site you need to jump off to the right and grab the top ledge. Pull off jumping backwards back onto land, then follow the path and you will get it.

Guys, looking for a bit of guidance,only place i have left is Tomb of Eilram, I went there as part of the story, but for the life of me, i cant figure out how to get back there...spent hours back and forth on Zeffo and just can't figure out how to get back there...Any hints and tips for this old fart?

I'd been trying to get it by going under the bridge and catching the ropes and swinging across but then couldn't jump high enough to grab the higher ledges.. just a PIA that it didn't register that I'd already travelled through that section..

The overall explored indicator on the planets can be inaccurate. I had all 5 planets indicate 100% explored. However the achievement did not pop. I had to use the map and look at each section individually to see if it was completely explored. Turns out I did missed an echo and then it popped.

Is this Tomb of Eilram? I got all Echoes, Chests an Secrets there - same problem. Solution - In the first puzzle with the one sphere in the circular room walk into all of the little alcoves and turn the switches on for the doors to open and let the wind in. Finally got the cheevo.

Each planet has a map accessed with where you can see your overall exploration progress, as well as the percentage of each individually-named location on the planet. Once an area/planet is fully explored, the percentage will disappear and you will only see a check mark. If you see a section you have not completed, look to see if there are yellow lines on the holomap which indicate an area you have not explored; if not, it's likely you just haven't actually set foot in some portion of a large open area (the swamp on Dathomir is very large for instance). You should get this naturally as you work on the collectibles, but I missed two small spots on Dathomir and had to return to clean those up, so it's not a guarantee. Fill in every section of all five planets to unlock the achievement.
