Catch!
Hit 3 enemies with a single roller mine
How to unlock the Catch! achievement in STAR WARS Jedi: Survivor - Definitive Guide
Once you reach Koboh you will start seeing "Roller Mines" enemies. You can grab them with and throw them with . I found a location with 5-6 enemies and a roller mine not far from the cantina showed in the video which is a good spot to get this. Make sure the enemies are close together before grabbing the mine.
You do not have to kill the enemies with it just hit 3.

I think the easiest place to accomplish this is while making the ascent on Koboh to the Observatory at the end of the game. It literally sets up 7 or 8 enemies for this and you don't need to do anything. At some point you run across a Mogu (wampa) wondering around in the fog. You can sneak past them and you'll eventually have to open a door and another one will be behind it. After you defeat them you can turn around from the door and down a dirt ramp. As you get to the bottom 7 or 8 roller mines pop up and come after you. All you need to do is grab one and throw it back towards the others. They all blow up and the achievement unlocks.

The earliest and by far the easiest method of getting this is on Mission 2: Koboh, at the "Derelict Dam." From the Meditation point with the same name head north towards the tar pit. After a few yards you'll bump into 3x Shiverpedes hiding in the grass. Agro all three enermies and head south into the tunnel entrance (which you blew open), here you'll find a Roller Mine spawner. Simply Force Pull the Mine by holding and then Force Push with to throw the mine into the three Shiverpedes. Hopefully hitting all three.
If it didn't pop for whatever reason just rest at the Meditation point beside you and try again. Super easy!

I did this 3 times and for whatever reason it wouldn't pop. I definitely killed all Shiverpedes in one explosion from the Roller Mine. I might have to just try and do it somewhere else.

This no longer works, the third shiverpede spawn has been removed :(

Just after scanning the Trontoshell during Chapter 1 - Alone, take the elevator down and destroy the first 2 droids. Then, lure the rolling mine, pull (), and push () it at the cluster of battle droids for the achievement to unlock.

This is slightly more annoying than it sounds, as roller mines track relentlessly towards you like a magnet before exploding. You’ll need to first find a cluster of three or more enemies, then Force Pull a roller mine towards you, before pushing it back towards your targets. You’ll have to do it quickly, though, or you’ll get a face-full of exploding roller mine. Bagging two enemies is easy, but getting three can be a pain.
Try using the Wrenching Pull ability to draw as many enemies as you can into one place, then throw a roller mine their way. There are multiple places to try this, but bear in mind that roller mines will follow you until they blow up, so use that to your advantage. They’ll also respawn after you rest at a Meditation Point, so you can keep trying when you find an ideal spot.

The trophy is buggy, I still don’t understand how to make it. I tried in a location between two elevators where mines spawn endlessly, brought three enemies into one place, lifted them by force and threw a mine at them, nothing fell
