This achievement requires both the Mullet and the Crossguard Stance to achieve this.
1. Mullet
Can be found in a chest located at the Derelict Dam in Koboh. From the meditation point, head to the tar pit, jump on the first platform, turn left and climb up the vines. On the top shimmy over the pipes, drop down and bare right. Jump onto the floating platform and then climb up the tar covered metal grid. You'll find a chest containing the Mullet on the top.
2. Crossguard Stance
To unlock Dropkick you'll need the Crossguard Stance which can be found at the very end of the Shattered Moon destination around Chapter 4. You'll meet another force user which is using a Crossguard Lightsabre, once defeated you'll unlock the stance.

With the Mullet and Crossguard Stance equip. Sprint at an enemy

as you approach them to do a Dropkick. Unlocking the achievement.

After acquiring the Slam ability during Chapter 4, fast travel to the Derelict Dam meditation point. From there, head across the large tar pit, climbing the wall to where BD-1 scanned the Trontoshell and use Slam on the platform directly across from it. Next, climb up and jump across to a structure in the middle with 3 battle droids on it. Then, jump down the right side of the structure to a small rock formation with a chest and an echo. Once you have both mullet and Crossguard, you can execute a dropkick by pressing the attack button while sprinting at an enemy. To get the mullet, you’ll need the Slam ability obtained during the story, then, from the Derelict Dam Meditation Point, cross the nearby tar pit, and lower the yellow goblet-shaped platform there with Cal’s Slam skill.
