How to unlock the I'm a Living Legend achievement in STAR WARS Jedi: Survivor - Definitive Guide

There are 13 Legendary Adversaries in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor. I recommend going for this after completing the main story as some don't spawn until after the story is completed and you will need all of Cal's & BD-1's abilities to get to most of them.

2 on planet Coruscant, 2 on planet Jedha, The rest or on Koboh.

1) D-L1T (Coruscant - Hangar 2046-C)
2) Frenzied Jotaz (Coruscant - Undercity Meats)
3) Golden Skriton (Jedha - Desert Ridge)
4) Sutaban Alpha (Jedha - Crypt of Uhrma) This is the most confusing one to get to. You probably won't have the Crypt of Uhrma fast travel point if you still need this one. Closest meditation point would be Timeworn Bridge. Path is shown in my video.
5) Urgost (Koboh) You kill him during the main story. Unmissable.
6) Rancor (Koboh - Southern Reach)
7) The Mire Terror (Koboh - Viscid Bog)
8) Gorocco Matriach (Koboh - Derelict Dam)
9) Vile Bilemaw (Koboh - Fogged Expanse)
10) Spawn of Oggdo (Koboh - Fort Kah'lin)
11) E3-VE3 (Koboh - Untamed Downs)
12) The Massiff (Koboh - LucreHulk Core)
13) Beetu Deetu (Koboh - Southern Reach)

I found another Rancor in Phon'qi Caverns. So I had two Rancor kills before killing my last legendary enemy. Don't think you need to kill both (there might be even more) but if someone has unlocked this with one rancor kill and can comment that would clarify things.

Edit: Thanks to MIKE1989TW and a few others who are pointing out that you only need to rancor in Souther Reach, the Rancor in Phon'qi caverns doesnt count you need the one in southern reach.

I’d already killed the Phon’qi Caverns Rancor so left yours until last, I needed the one listed here to get it to pop and given the % increase each kill in tracking I believe the other one is not needed

You can keep track of who you've killed as each legendary enemy has their own page in the tactical guide which you can see after you've killed them. No need to scan with BD, it's done automatically.

It is possible to miss The Massiff. I have completed the story and when I go back to where he is supposed to be the door you see him go through to fight him is blocked by big tanks. Like water/fuel tanks not pew pew tanks. This whole area has 3 tanks blocking doors. You can still force up and down one but the tanks block it. Because I can't kill him it also means I can't get his data log entry which means I can't get the Intergalactic Geographic cheeve either.

Update : fixed in latest patch. All the tanks are gone and The Massiff is now there

i had the same problem you had with The Massiff, however it’s actually blocked because of one of the bounties. If you kill all the bounty hunters, travel to another planet and then back again, the tanks should be gone. My game also crashed on the way back to Koboh, so I dunno if you’d need to restart the game for it to work as well? but either way, I just did it so I can say for certain that it isn’t missable

With the entries do they need to say "Last Encountered: XXXX"? Because I have killed everything and the achievement is not popping for me.

You have to complete these bosses on your original Journey… not New Journey +. Just load your original journey and kill the bosses.

I just cannot get this to unlock. Been through the video guide a few times, I've killed them all, but the dl1t and Jotaz won't show up in the logs.
Also my achievement tracker seems to be stuck at 66% and my tracker for intergalactic geographic is stuck at 90% and I have no clue what i missed.

I'm not sure if its the game or Xbox but recently (July 2023) I'm finding I'm having to manually go to my achievements tab in the home menu, where it updates, and then my trackers all shoot up. Super annoying. I got scared because it didn't track 3 adversaries in a row, did that, and the tracker when up 12-13%!

Not played anything but this for 2 weeks so haven't tested other tracking games.

I just got the Rancor in Southern Reach and it didn't track. I have yet to find the Phon'qi Caverns.

Edit: I've since taken down a couple more legendary enemies and I'm still stuck at 30%. The cantina one is stuck at 37%.

UPDATE: I just killed another one and it started tracking again. The other achievement is also tracking now.

NOTE: Legendary enemies respawn if you start New Game+. If you don't have the achievement, you will have to kill them a second time.

Beetu Deetu was my last one on both Xbox and Steam. I used the tactical guide to find him.

I was able to kill Beetu Deetu before the final boss.

@ChrisLyricz this isn't completely true, the D-L1T doesn't have it's own entry in the tactical guide, and I had already gotten the achievement for filling the guide before I killed it for my last legendary.
In fact, when I looked at my menu after getting it, to check if an entry was put in for the D-L1T, my "recent" entry ended up being the DT sentry droid (which is was D-L1T is) even though I already completed that well before this.

Does anyone know where you can get an alternate spawn for the Frenzied Jotaz with the Warrior perk? I ran into Oggdo in the Koboh river near the saloon and it registered his data entry (it caught me by surprise so it took me out), so I am assuming they can spawn elsewhere.

The main reason I ask is the door to the Jotaz bugged out and opened on its own without me opening it with BD, this caused it to permanently despawn. I still have others to hunt, but on this file at least I know it will not appear normally anymore.

I do have a separate file in the end game, but I will need to hunt them all again and I am hoping to not have to do that.

**Edit**

I can confirm you do not need to take out all the legendary enemies if the Jotaz bugs out. I took out the other 12 and I got the achievement; the codex also registered 100% for the Flora and Fauna tab.

I did not take it out in a previous save file and have never actually fought it. I did not know what it actually looked like until I looked this up.

Just to confirm, the Rancor in Southern Reach is needed and the one in Phon'qi Caverns is not. I can confirm this because I left the Southern Reach out to test and it did not pop until I completed the other.

FYI, I couldn't figure out which one I was missing. I had "Golden Skriton" in my tactical guide, but it turned out that was the one I needed. Maybe I came across it beforehand and fled? Sister Taske (Jeda shop) gave me the mission for the Golden Skriton and the achievement popped after I killed it.

I've seen a lot of comments (here, YouTube, other forums) about people not unlocking this achievement. I also had some troubles. Leaving three tips/pointers that will hopefully help.

------

Not all the Legendary enemies appear in the Tactical Guide.
This is partly what makes tracking this achievement confusing. Let me list what was in my Tactical Guide and what was not. My list matches what I could see reported elsewhere (e.g. https://forum.psnprofiles.com/topic/144026-im-a-living-legen...). Given this, if you do not have all the 11x entries listed below, then figure out which is missing and I'd recommend trying there first.

This list is in order:

[TACTCAL GUIDE > BEDLAM RAIDERS]
1. E3-VE3
2. The Massif
3. Urgost, Fist of Rayvis
4. Beetu Deetu

[TACTICAL GUIDE > FLORA & FAUNA]
5. Vile Bilemaw
6. Gorocco Matariarch
7. The Mire Terror
8. Rancor
9. Spawn of Oggdo
10. Golden Skirton
11. Sutaban Alpha

[NOT IN THE TACTICAL GUIDE]
12. D-L1T
13. Frenzied Jotaz

There are 2x Rancors.
There is one in [Koboh > Sodden Grotto] and another in [Koboh > Phon'Qi Caverns]. There is mixed info about whether both are required. For me, defeating the second Rancor didn't increase the achievment tracker. That said, if it hasn't popped, I'd recommend ensuring you have both Rancors defeated. I think their bodies remain after you defeat them (although, not sure if this is time limited..).

For me, Sutaban Alpha behaved weird and was my 'glitched' enemy.
I definitely defeated this monster on my first visit to this area; I recall fighting it and also had collected the item in the arena. I visited the area again as part of my sweep for the achievement but the monster didn't spawn (expected). However, on my third visit, the boss did spawn and defeating it added it to my Tactical Guide. I had to leave the planet and return to get it to spawn.

There are 13 legendary enemies to dispatch, and they include creatures like the Rancor, Spawn of Oggdo, or Vile Bilemaw, as well as certain named humanoid foes and hostile droids. Each one will require a different strategy, as they’re some of the toughest opponents you’ll face in Jedi: Survivor. Track them all down and dispatch them to earn this one.

As of May 15, 2023, difficulties may arise with this trophy, since the game does not include two legendary enemies in the bestiary (tactical guide). This means that you may end up like I did - the bestiary is 100% closed, but there is no trophy. You just need to check the entire bestiary on the Internet, understand who is not on the list, and check their locations, you missed someone. It is also rumored that it is necessary to kill both Rancors for this trophy; the second one, in the caves, respawned for me after rest all the time, by the way.

The achievement is counted for killing all legendary bosses in one playthrough; if you killed someone during the first playthrough, you will need to kill them again in the new game+
