How to unlock the Splurgle achievement in STAR WARS Jedi: Survivor - Definitive Guide
Splurgle requires the collection of all 100 Priorite shards that are found on Coruscant, Koboh and Nova Garon.
To add collectibles to your map I would say follow the guide from Powerpyx, specifically for Treasures .
https://www.powerpyx.com/star-wars-jedi-survivor-how-to-unlo...
Once you have found the treasure map, you can disable all of the other collectibles on your map by going into Legend ( ) and leaving only the treasures on the map (should be a diamond shaped icon).
The issue most people have had and what many people thought was a glitched was a specific priorite that was near the stables on the first floor (not to be confused with another one on the second floor). The way to get the collectible to spawn is to store a brightly colored Nekko in the stable. These Nekko's are random from what I understand but can spawn in the fenced off area near the stables. The video below explains the process of how to get it to spawn. Not sure which Nekko's are necessary - personally the one I had was a bright red one but the video used an orange one.
Side note - There was one treasure that remained on my map despite having collected all 100 priorite. There was no treasure when I went to look for it so I am unsure if this is a glitch but it was located in the Observatory Understructure.
If you are stuck with other priorite locations, this playlist has a list of each map section that could help out. I think it's still a work in progress though.

Once you have all 100 priorite shards collected, go to Doma's shop which is right across from the Cantina and purchase all of the items that are on sale and the achievement should pop.

Does anyone know if Priorite Shards show up on undiscovered locations? I’m missing one but went through all guides and it seems i have them all even the rare nekko one. I’m at a loss. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Here is a video of al 100 locations:
To buy everything from Doma's shop, you'll need to find all 100 Priorite Shards dotted around Koboh, Coruscant, and the Shattered Moon.
You'll find plenty of Priorite Shards on your own along your journey, but the journey to collecting all 100 of them is tough without a guide. Luckily, there's a map upgrade you can get on Jedha which will show you the locations of each and every Priorite Shard (as well as Data Discs and Jedha Scrolls) if you know where to look.
You'll find the Treasures Map Upgrade in the Wayfinder's Tomb, a short distance from the Arid Flats meditation point. However, to unlock the map upgrade, you'll need to explore three locations:
Northern Desert Ruins (Path of Persistance) - Near Anchorite Base meditation point
Western Desert Ruins (Path of Conviction) - Near Desert Ridge meditation point
Southern Desert Ruins (Path of Restoration) - Near Desert Ridge meditation point
Each requires you to use your Force Push and Force Pull abilities to move balls along narrow passages, until they reach the top of the ruins, where you'll unlock a perk slot, and also go 1/3 of the way to unlocking the Wayfinder's Tomb.
Once you've done all three, return to the Wayfinder's Tomb and stand on the platform at the top, which will lift you down into the tomb itself. Here you'll find the Map Upgrade: Treasure, which will mark every Priorite Shard that you haven't discovered on your map.
You can press on the map screen to see how many Priorite Shards you're missing from the area that you're in, making it easier to find them all, and you can also press on the map screen to go into the Legend and hide every symbol other than Relics, which will show you Priorite Shards, Datadiscs, and Jedha Scrolls. Use this to hunt down every last Priorite Shard that you're missing, and then return to Doma's shop to spend them all and unlock the achievement.

You need to buy all the items from this vendor, for this you will need to collect all 100 “PRIORITE SHARDS” in the save zone, the place for the nekko pen.
Video guide (en), you need to drive a brightly colored nekko into this place and come later, he will do his dirty work, + and take away the last collectibles.

Video guide (en) with the location of all the treasures, including Priorite Shards. Which will significantly reduce the time spent searching for 100 pieces.

The most convenient way to get an upgrade for the BD-1 holocard before searching for Priorite Shards. The shards are mostly found on Kobo, with a few on Coruscant and Nova Garon. It's easy to miss the Generator Underbelly location on Kobo on level C of the holomap and the Forward Control Tower on level A, look carefully. Cal receives 1 shard after winning the Holotactic Game in the cantina.
