The Poncho can be found on Koboh within the bandit camp of Fort Kah'lin. Just a short distance away from the cantina in Ramblers reach. From the meditation point in Fort Kah'lin grapple up to one of the visible circular doors which are open. Make your way round the linear corridors, until you reach a black and red landing pad. Stand in the middle of it to fall into a pit, here you'll need to defeat a mini-boss "Spawn of Oggdo". Once defeated open the chest behind him to find the Poncho. Equip it and wait around 20 seconds for the achievement to pop.

Just a heads up, for whatever reason, TA is hiding this answer on the Xbox app.
I saw it the other day when casually looking over the achievements, & i appreciated it more than the other answer, because it explains where we need to go. I didn't take a pic because i figured I'd just go back & read it when i got to this point (i just recently began the game). To my surprise, it wasn't available today.
I went into the achievement list of the game (instead of just pressing Y on the console to go directly to the top answer), which still shows, "view 2 solutions". Once i click, it only shows the 1 answer, no matter what i tried. So, i go on my mobile, & can find it, but not anywhere on console (& I'm pretty tech savvy, i worked in IT for 8+ years).
Seeing this happen, i wonder what other answers this is happening to...? 🤔
Edit: after typing this on mobile, i tried again on the app & it shows up now. I had tried at least 5+ times before, with different methods, making sure to force close the app prior to each attempt (being especially lazy, not wanting to get up to get my phone 😜). Not sure if the engagement on the website sort of pinged it for the app, or what, but it shows now. 🤷🏼♂️

On Koboh, head towards the Fort Kah’lin meditation spot, then grapple up to the upper level, and follow it around until you find a load of droids on a landing platform, next to a Priorite Shard. Walking towards the shard will see the ground crumble beneath you, dropping into a boss fight with the Spawn of Oggdo. This throwback to the infamous Oggdo Boggdo boss fight from Fallen Order is tough, but defeating him allows you to open the crate in its pit to acquire the Poncho. Equip it in the customisation menu to unlock the trophy.
