How to unlock the Slam Dunk achievement in STAR WARS Jedi: Survivor - Definitive Guide
After acquiring Lift and Slam during the main quest The Lucrehulk in Chapter 4, go to the Telekinesis tree at the next meditation point. Spend skill points up the tree to learn Mass Slam (requires Wrenching Pull and Soaring Lift). The next time you encounter a group of 5 weak enemies (stormtroopers or battle droids), use Wrenching Pull (+) to pull them together, then Mass Slam (hold and press ) to unlock the achievement.
There is a group of 6 battle droids near the Lucrehulk Core meditation point that are easy to reach and will help earn this quickly.

You need to progress the main story line to the point where you unlock the Lift and Slam abilities.
To slam enemies press &
You will need to upgrade the ability and get "Mass Slam" (2 skill points) to unlock this. I highly recommend also having "Gravitational Mastery" in the same skill tree (1 point) which increases its radius.
There are plenty of opportunities where you will be battling 5 enemies throughout the game. Use the slow ability & to help out as well. You just need to hit 5 enemies at once, not kill them.
Force tears are also a good spot for this. There is one on Shattered Moon where you battle 150 droids at once which is a good spot if you are really struggling.

A great place to do this is the Crypt of Uhrma on Jedha. From the meditation point, enter the crypt and you will be swarmed with little and big bugs. You will easily lift 5 or more at a time.

For this you need the lift and slam ability. I play on controller, so I'm used to those controls. Anyway, under Force > Telekinesis, unlock the following skills:
Wrenching Pull (1 point)
Soaring Lift (2 points)
Mass Slam (2 points)
Gravitational Mastery (1 point)
The last one isn't needed for this achievement but if you have it, you don't need to use Wrenching Pull ( + ) like you might need to without it.
Now, go to the Automated Forge on the Shattered Moon. Go down the corridor (you'll get attacked but the aggro helps kinda), right at the door, through the next corridore into the room, killing the guy hiding on the left in the middle of the room.
Regular Slam ( + ) only slams one enemy. To slam multiple enemies, press and hold + (hold both buttons). You can also use Slow to help. +

Once you’ve reached a certain point in the story, you’ll unlock the Slam ability. You’ll then need to save up some Skill Points to acquire ‘Mass Slam’ in the Telekinesis skill tree, enabling you to Lift several enemies at once. Once you’ve purchased Mass Slam, use Lift (R1 + triangle) to raise five enemies, then Slam them down into the ground (R1 + cross). Job done.

Try to get it before the main branch is completed. As of May 28, 2023, there may be a bug - Slam raises only 1 enemy, regardless of their number.

We are flying to Coruscant, there are many enemies near the landing point, for convenience we use gravity + and then when we have attracted a pack of enemies, we use the pumped-up “mass slam” ability while holding them +
