Story-related, cannot miss.
As soon as you escape Canto Blight and end up on Toshara (after stealing a ship), you’ll help a mechanic, Waka, by saving him from certain death from some bandits. After the small shootout and the brief cutscene, you’ll get access to your speeder, and thus, the ‘Made it Somehow’ trophy will unlock.

You will receive this after leaving the opening planet and the crashing on another and after a few cut scenes you will be on your speeder which is when the trophy should unlock.
