How to unlock the The Queen's word is law achievement in Star Wars Outlaws - Definitive Guide

At the center of Star Wars Outlaws’ general gameplay mechanics is the Syndicate system, where you’ll do work for one of the game’s 4 factions in order to further your status in the world, and importantly, get more credits.

Getting Good or Excellent reputation with the Ashiga Clan, who you’ll meet when you get off Toshara and head to Kijimi City, has a few gameplay benefits:

  • Firstly, it’ll allow you safe passage into all Ashiga Clan territories - if you’re in Poor standing or less, you’ll have to sneak in and avoid all guards and what not.
  • This will allow you access to that region’s Vendors as well.
  • If you’re in good stead with a faction, you’ll also get a discount when you shop with them.
  • The better your standing, the more access to jobs (i.e. Contracts) you’ll get.
  • And finally, you’ll also receive one-time rewards when you climb the ranks for the first time. For instance, Ashiga Clan rewards the following rewards as you climb the ranks:
    • Kijimi Explorer Coating for your Blaster at Good.
    • Ashiga Clan Crest (Minor Charm) and Blaster Parts Bundle for Excellent.
    • Kijimi Explorer Tunic, Belt, Trousers and Kijimi Explorer Scarf (for Nix) at max rank.

While Syndicate missions will provide the quickest way to boost a Syndicate’s reputation, it’ll also anger other factions in the crossfire. And because there are 4 Syndicate maximum reputation trophies, that’s not ideal. So, the best way to get ahead is Contracts (you need to do 40 for the Honest work trophy_bronze.png trophy anyway).

Also, as a side note, I know the trophy description says “maximum” reputation, it doesn’t actually mean “maximum.” It means to reach the “Excellent” reputation.

So, all you need to do is get the Ashiga Clan rank to Excellent once, and the ‘The Queen’s word is law’ trophy is all yours.

There seems to be a point where you can get this or another faction achievement, but I got both by dashboarding immediately after getting one (you cannot pause and quit to the menu/reload checkpoint but going to the xbox dashboard will take you right back to this point). I will go into a little more detail but be warned for spoilers:
