How to unlock the Against all odds achievement in Star Wars Outlaws - Definitive Guide

When you go outside go straight until you get to a sort of round contraption with glowy bars. When you go up the steps behind it, talk to the guy sitting on the ground. He want to make a bet but doesn't have any money. He says he has a buddy that know the winner. Slightly to the left of him will be a tablet that will tell you who the winner of the next race will be.
Go back to the cantina and place your bet on the winner.
There are more opportunities to get this. I just found another tablet with the outcome of a fixed race during the "New Tricks" quest on Toshara in the Mirogana district. You have to steal a blaster part from either the Pykes Syndicate or the Crimson Dawn. Since I had good standing with Pyke, I went there. In the room with the part is the tablet. Simply go to the gambling district and place your bet.

The opportunities might be random since I'm reading in the comment that it didn't show up for some. I know the fixed outcomes are random because I did it twice (PC and Xbox) at the first race and got two different winners. It also gives a notice in the right top corner that the race has a fixed outcome.
If you downvote, it would be nice to tell me why so I can improve my solution.

@Rkranl You enter the cantina no matter what since it's the first room you enter after you get control of Kay. You should not bet on the race because I did at first and after I found the tablet, the next race didn't have the outcome that was on the tablet.
I vaguely remember something about a message popping up that the race had a fixed outcome the 2nd time I bet on a race when I did get the achievement.

I finished the game, and wanting to increase reputation with the Hutts, I started an opportunity on Akiva by talking to a Hutt at the cantina (I forgot his name)
When you start the quest, you have to investigate cheating at the Fathier races, you automatically get the tablet and have to make a bet

Gambling is a mug’s game in Star Wars Outlaws. It’s just too unpredictable to win for the most part… that is unless you, of course, rig the game in your favor. Whether it’s using magnetic dice at Sabacc or getting a guaranteed tip for a fathier race, all is fair in love and war.
So, to get this achievement you first need to find your guaranteed fixed fathier racing tip. While there are loads all over the galaxy, the easiest one to get is next to the Crimson Dawn Mirogana Clan Vault (in the north of Mirogana). While it’s not the easiest to get into originally (as you need to head to the helipad, into a restricted area, turn off the fan and creep through a fan ventilation tunnel), you will actually have to go here for an early mission anyway - as there’ll be a part you need for the Ion upgrade for your Blaster.
When in there, grab the fathier racing tip on the side and pay attention to what it says. We’re not sure if it’s random, but iIt’ll say something like, “the smallest fathier is definitely going to win.”
Then, head to the Canto Fathier Racing betting station (southeast of Makal’s) and place the max bet on the smallest fathier (their weight, height, etc. will be listed under each fathier). Ding, ding, ding, you’ve just won a load of credits, and unlocked the ‘Against all odds’ achievement as well! Congrats!
