How to unlock the Easy pickings achievement in Star Wars Outlaws - Definitive Guide

As stated in the achievement we need to visit each planets cantina and pickpocket one customer in each. Im making this guide because this is very buggy and most of the time the intended target will not spawn in. Most of what I read said to continuously reload until they spawn in but in my testing that is not always the case.

What I found is that you can actually go outside of the cantina, pickpocket any guard with Nix and run back inside while Nix is going for the pickpocket and it counts for the achievement. This is a much easier solution than reloading your game 100 times.

Below I will list all of the cantinas planets, citys, and names in order. Happy hunting.

Toshara -> Mirogana -> Makal’s Gambling Parlor

Kijimi -> Kijimi City -> The Domak Refectory

Tatooine -> Mos Eisley -> Chalmun’s Cantina

Akiva -> Myrra -> The Alcazar

Easy to do. When in a cantina hold LB and find a person with a blue outline. Send Nix to pickpocket them.

I obtained this achievement by going to the main cantina, in the main city, on each planet. Often times there wasn’t a person in the bar that I could highlight blue. I would leave and come back later. The various mission will take you to them often. Additionally, all the people I stole from were usually on their way out of the bar, on the stairs or hallway leading out of the bar, while I was on my way in.

Nix isn’t just a loveable and fluffy sidekick in Star Wars Outlaws, he’s also your handy mobile criminal. Want him to attack a guard? You got it! Want him to distract someone? Easy! Want him to pickpocket someone? Sure thing! That’s what the ‘Easy pickings’ trophy requires: 4 successful pickpockets in 4 different Cantinas on 4 different planets.

First things first, in order to pickpocket, you need to hold down l1.png and wander around until you see someone with a blue outline. This means you can pickpocket them. So, wander close enough for the triangle.png “Steal” prompt to pop up and that’s how you pickpocket them.

Now you know how, you need to know where. The 4 cantinas you want to head to are:

  • Makal’s Gambling Parlor Mirogana, Toshara
  • The Domak Refectory - Kijimi City, Kijimi
  • Chalmun’s Cantina - Mos Eisley, Tatooine
  • The Alcazar - Myrra, Akiva

The only potential issue you’ll have with this trophy is you might go to one of those cantinas and there won’t be anyone there you can pickpocket. Fear not, it seems to depend on the time of day. So, everytime you go back there for a quest (which will be a lot), just check to see if there’s anyone around to steal from.

Once you’ve successfully pickpocketed from one person in each of the 4 cantinas, the ‘Easy Pickings’ trophy is all yours.

In all cantinas you need to tell Nix to rob with but not always in the cantinas there are types that can be robbed. You can just re-enter until they appear.
