Dressed for the Job You Want
Equipped your pilot with their first Legendary cosmetic.
How to unlock the Dressed for the Job You Want achievement in STAR WARS: Squadrons - Definitive Guide
This achievement unlocks after you purchase any legendary (Yellow) item for your pilot. This can be a helmet, gloves, tops, or pants that are legendary rarity (No legendary flight suits as of 10/5/20). Not sure if this was a mistake but the Scoundrel's Helmet is only 400 Glory points (compared to 1200 for the other non-glove legendary items) so that is the least expensive legendary item to purchase. Incase the price changes on the helmet, Gloves are also 500 glory points so they are also a safe purchase without running you dry of GP

How do you get these 500 Glory Points? Multiplayer online? I've done a few story missions and have no points.
...There's Daily Challenges for 100 Glory Points each, like killing enemies and "winning Fleet Battles vs AI", but attempting those didn't even tick off the challenge.

The cheapest Legendary items are gloves, which cost 500 Glory. I got 200 Glory for each Fleet Battles vs AI win so 3 victories and you’ll have enough. Then just go to Customization at the main menu, pan right for Customize Pilot, and use until you get over to gloves and scroll to the bottom and pick one of the Legendary options there. Equip them after you buy them and the trophy is yours.
I got this straight away, since the game provided enough “Glory” starting currency for cosmetics (separate from the tokens used to meaningfully upgrade ships) to buy the “ISB Loyalty Officer’s Helmet”, a legendary item, for my faithful Imperial warrior.
But if you choose to support the other side, you could equally opt for the legendary “Scoundrel’s Helmet”, as befits your dishonorable station as Rebel scum.
Either way, just go to Customization, pan a bit to the right for Customize Pilot, and find the legendary items under Helmets, just to the right of the selection of pilot heads.

To change the pilot's appearance, you need to go into the fighter modification hangar and turn your head to the right.
