How to unlock the One with the Force achievement in Star Wars: The Force Unleashed II - Definitive Guide
First thing to do is select Easy difficulty. I could probably end the solution right here because the game is laughably easy on this setting and it is almost impossible to lose (I beat it in like 10-15 minutes). There is only really one spot that may be a problem, but I'll get to that in a second. You may want to make at least 1 of your saber crystals the Healing one, but I'm not sure how much of a difference it makes.
Assuming you've already completed the main story, your force powers should be well upgraded and you probably found some health upgrades along the way. If you haven't, don't stress it, because I've already stated, the DLC isn't that hard. The only spot that could be trouble is the part with all the electricity. Not because it will shock you to death (it barely does any damage at all), but because it is easy to fall off the platforms if you are not careful. I did it a hand full of times when playing through on Unleashed difficulty. There are a few generators where you need to force blast the side open, force grip the power supply to disconnect it, and force blast the other side to exit the generator's interior. You only have a short time to pass through before the power supply reconnects and restarts the electricity, so I dashed through to get out of the way. Unfortunately this sometimes resulted in me flying off the edge to my death or falling into a small crack between the generator and the platform. Just be cautious here, you might not even need to dash because the electricity barely does any damage.
The spot where I took the bulk of my damage came from the battle with the AT-ST, but that was still only about a quarter health and it is easy to regenerate. At this part just keep moving to avoid gun fire and throw your sabers at it. When they start launching rockets at you, use your force grip to redirect them at the AT-ST.

Yeah, I died after getting the second Holocron and then again trying to get through a generator, so I'll have to replay it. :(
But I did figure out you can just force push the other side open while on the run.
UPDATE: I just got the achievement.

You can play on unleashed difficulty and when you die quit to main menu and then just continue again.

For anyone wondering, swapping costumes to revert checkpoint after dying does not have the same effect, and will void the achievement.

I mean you CAN play on unleashed and torture yourself with this method, especially since the final boss will get you killed a couple of times for sure. OR you could just rush through it on easy not even bothering killing most enemies that arent needed to unlock the next section and potentially be quicker than this method (depending on how often you die). The DLC is only like 15 minutes long anyway.

MISSABLE
This is easier than it sounds even on Unleashed providing you are playing with a fully upgraded character. When you are about to die, pause the game and quit to the main menu. Here you can continue from the last checkpoint at full health without the game counting it as a death, effectively trivialising this trophy.

Turn on the add-on on the easy difficulty level, accumulate the fury attack throughout the entire add-on, as soon as you reach Princess Lia, turn on the fury attack and the first stage ends before it even begins. The second stage you need to destroy all lasers, it is best to destroy them by throwing swords + . In the next stage, when she jumps onto the fence, fire lightning bolts at her, and then immediately begin attacking with swords.
