Basically, every time you see a Jumptrooper (yeah, one of those annoying ones that float about on jetpacks and shoot you) just fry them with force lightning... Don't just zap 'em lightly, hold your finger on the 'y' button until you see the smoke pourin' out of their jetpacks, and they'll start zooming about uncontrollably (like a drunk bumblebee!)
Since it's the easiest way to kill jumptroopers anyway (they have an annoying habit of flying out the way of a good saber throw) you'll probably get this without any real effort.
