How to unlock the Skywalker Style achievement in Star Wars: The Force Unleashed - Definitive Guide

Easier than you may think. When you fall into the pit there will be a Sith Holocron for invinciblity on one of the ledges. Simply grab it, run over to the gate, open it with Force Grip, run into the chamber, then turn around and force grip the gate down when the rancor goes under it.

I'm pretty sure that you do not have to Force the gate back down. I think it just falls down when the Rancor is underneath.

Yeah I wasn't sure about that. When I did it I immediatly turned around and tried a force grip so I wasn't sure whether or not it was needed or not.

Yeah, as soon as you enter that side room it locks the camera into an in-game cutscene where the door comes down and domes the rancor automatically.

I tried the force grip down too :-) Also, if I recall corectly, I had to move the gate up first.

Worth noting that you need to hold cn_RSu while doing this to make it go up faster.

Simply load up the "Tatooine" level and proceed through the level until Jabba throws you into the pit with his pet Rancor.

Use the Force to lift the gate and run behind it, after that the Rancor will follow you and after closing the gate you will be rewarded with your trophy.

If you've seen Return of the Jedi, you basically know what to do already. After you fall into the rancor pit, run to the other side of the room and use Force Grip to raise the gate. Then run through the open gate and wait there. You may have to use Saber Throw or Force Lightning to get the rancor's attention. To get to you, he'll have to pass through the open gate. As soon he's under it, the gate will automatically fall on his head. The end.

When you first enter the Rancor pit, let him chase the Gamorean Guards that fall into the pit with you. While he is distracted, look on the ledge to your right for a Sith Holocron, containing Invincibility. Grab it and use the force grip () to open the pit gate and walk to the other side. The Rancor will see this, immediately charge towards you, and the gate will crush him instantly.

The first achievement that can be obtained in this add-on.
Having reached Jabba's palace through the catacombs, after a short video insert, Jabba throws the hero into a pit to be devoured by his pet Rancor .
