How to unlock the The Bigger They Are achievement in Star Wars: The Force Unleashed - Definitive Guide

You can get this by repeatedly dying and retrying in the Felucian area where there are 3 rancors with tribal paintjobs.

I had my ass handed to me repeatedly after killing one or two each time. On the 4th try the achievement popped.

After playing through, you should be able to have killed enough for this to unlock. You fight several on both trips to Felucia.

I find that you should use similar methods to the ATs. You should use lightning at range, and aerial attacks up close. When their health is low, you can finish them with a combo event.

There are 6 rancors in 1 playthrough. Make sure you kill all four on the first Felucian level, and the other 2 on the next one.

As others have pointed out, you can get this on the Felucia levels. However, it is possible to have completed the campaign with out getting this achievement which is what I have just done.

As long as you kill every single one you come across, as opposed to running past them, you'll get this one during your first play-through. Otherwise, there is always mission select.

You should be able to get this through regular game play. If you dont, you can always go back to a stage and kill one. Not sure if anyone else experiences this or not, but these only counted for me if I killed them the "Cinematic" way where you follow the button sequences. This only popped for me after I did that. I killed several others just draining their energy and I didnt get the Trophy.

Rancors are the giant two-legged beasts you encounter on Felucia. This achievement will come naturally if you kill every Rancor as you play through the game. You will fight four Rancors on your first play through Felucia and two Rancors on your second time through Imperial Felucia. Look at the boss strategy guide for tips on how to easily defeat these beasts. Of note, the Bull Rancor does not count towards this achievement.

The first four rancors (Rancor and Saddled Rancor) will be encountered in the third FELUCIA mission.



TWO more rancors will meet in the seventh mission IMPERIAL FELUCIA.
