This is obtained in Gridiron matches. To get this medal, you need to kill the ball carrier on the opposing team 10 times in a match. This might be easier to boost as the bots don't always go for the ball in this game mode no matter the difficulty setting they are on. Just shoot whoever gets the ball and kill them.
