How to unlock the Mystery Of The Stardrops achievement in Stardew Valley - Definitive Guide
There are seven Stardrops to find.
• Reach Floor 100 in the mine, this will likely be the first one you obtain.
• Purchased for 2000 coins in the Stardew Valley Fair (16th of Fall). Note: Green has a minimum 75% win chance (up to 95% depending on your random luck for the day) so use this to gain the required tokens quickly.
• Get married. When you reach 13/12 hearts (that isn’t a typo) your spouse will gift you one. Note - you can buy the Bouquet from Pierre to start dating when on 8 hearts with a marriage candidate. This unlocks the ability to reach 10 stars with someone. Then you get the Mermaid Necklace (5000g), which is required to propose, from the vendor on the right hand side of the beach (over the bridge that costs 300 wood to repair) when it is raining. You also need the first house upgrade.
• Purchase the rare seed from the traveling merchant (NE of wizard tower). Grow it during Fall (early, as it takes 25 days) and give the Sweet Gem Berry to the statue in the secret woods north if the Wizard’s tower (accessible using a steel axe)
• Donate 60 artifacts to the museum to get the sewer key. Buy one from the vendor there for 20,000 gold.
• Catch every type of fish (required for the Master Angler achievement anyway) and Willy will mail you one.
• Complete the entire Museum collection (Books, Artifacts and Minerals).

I have a world where I just have to turn in a few artifacts to get the last Stardrop. I've tried to turn them in and claim the final Stardrop multiple times, and the achievement never unlocked. From what I've seen, there is some sort of bug with the Stardrop that comes from Level 100 in the Mines, and sometimes it won't count towards your completion, even though you get the energy from it. I'm pretty sure ConcernedApe himself (the developer) has seen this issue, and was only able to come up with a PC fix by way of file editing. Since we can't do that on Xbox, all you can do is hope that the upcoming 1.6 update will fix this issue somehow. If it doesn't, then the only hope will be figuring out how to ensure that the Mine Stardrop will count towards the achievement.
To add any sort of info here: I hosted a Co-Op world with friends. My friend who got all of the Stardrops got his achievement just fine. I did not. While it's likely that he was the one to initially open the chest and get the Stardrop inside, that doesn't explain the issue, as solo players are running into this too. This was our first ever save on the game, though I made some other saves prior to getting the 7 Stardrops for the first time. None of those should have been near any Stardrops.

I believe it is possible to miss out on Willy's Stardrop. Hitting on the letter will cause it to be dismissed, without giving you the Stardrop. You have to click on it within the letter to actually obtain it. I made this mistake and was forced to restart the day.
