How to unlock the Craft Master achievement in Stardew Valley - Definitive Guide
There are a total of 94 items you will need to craft to obtain this achievement. They are all listed here: http://stardewvalleywiki.com/Crafting
While most of the crafting ingredients are fairly simple to come across and won't give you much trouble there are a few that you should watch out for and stock up on while you're playing that way you don't prematurely throw out items you'll later need or have to wait around for the correct season.
Ingredients to look out for
Now to actually obtain every recipe you need to meet a few other requirements.
Also, I suggest you create 3 empty treasure chests and then craft each item again that way you are sure you've crafted the item and not simply relying on memory. There are many crafting items you get gifted throughout the game and there's no in game tracker for what you have and have not crafted.

Having a lot of issues with this achievement not triggering.
It has triggered and popped up in game, showing as 100% of crafting recipes made with Mr.Qi, but has not triggered on the Xbox Achievements side. So frustrating.
I have tried all of the troubleshooting steps on Xbox support, gone through the Xbox support chats, and they suggested to post on forums and contact the developer. As I am doing now :)
In-Game, I completed the 'Craft Master' requirements in Stardew Valley, with the in-game achievement popping up. But no matter what I have tried, the achievement isn't triggering on my Xbox account. It has been a few days since th3 achievement should have triggered, I have tried re-loading my account onto my Xbox, tried the hard reset and the other possible fixes I could find on the forums etc. I have a screenshot and screen capture on my xbox account showing the requirements are done in-game. My other last achievement I attempted, 'Joja Co. member of the year' triggered correctly afterwards. I just wanted to tick this game off as complete. Unfortunately it's not an achievement I can trigger again without spending another 200+ hours on.
Any ideas on other fixes?

Thanks for all the effort pulling this list together. My achievement appears to be glitched, so documenting here on the off chance someone knows a solution or someone else has this issue...
I went down the organized list filling up 3 chests with the results of the crafting to keep track of everything. The achievement hasn't popped and it appears to be because I lack the ability to craft a stone sign, wood sign, and flower pot. The 2 sign recipes you're supposed to start with, and the flower pot you get when you complete the green house. I've definitely finished the green house (it's churning out over 100 starfruit every couple of in-game weeks) so I'm not sure what happened.
I suspect the only way to get this now is to start over, being careful to craft and store one of everything from an early point in the game. A good opportunity to go the corp/joja mart way, but I was planning to let that achievement slide :-/

Under the settings tab, there is now an option to "Show Advanced Crafting Information". Enabling it will show how many times you have crafted an item when hovering over it in the crafting menu. Very useful if you are late game and have not been keeping up with what you have and have not crafted yet.

I was attempting to make chests to keep every crafted item in but this is a great little tip, thank you very much!

There have been new crafting recipes since the last solutions were written, plus some other changes to the game, so I feel like a new solution overhauling everything is needed. This solution is based on the 1.5.4.1 version released on February 15, 2021. In the event that there is a newer version at the time you read this, you can compare your list of items against the one here:
http://stardewvalleywiki.com/Crafting
to see if anything is missing.
I have tried to keep spoilers to a minimum, but unfortunately, it is impossible to explain all of this without giving some spoilers.
PREREQUISITES
Before you can craft every item, you must have acquired every crafting recipe and have unlocked access to every required material. This is the real challenge in unlocking the achievement; collecting materials and using the crafting menu is just busy work. Below are the tasks or milestones you must complete before you can obtain all of the crafting recipes and materials. Some recipes are learned instantly, others arrive in the mail, and others must be purchased in a shop that unlocks when you complete the milestone. If you complete a milestone below and don't automatically get a crafting recipe from doing it, then keep exploring and look for a new shop that just opened up.
If you're unable to complete some of these prerequisites because you don't even know what they refer to, keep working on the prerequisites you are able to. Everything will come together in due time.

Some shops must be visited several times. Notoriously, you must go back to Robin again and again and again, buying 1 crafting recipe at a time, until until she runs out. Also pay special attention to visiting the festival shops, both for crafting recipes and rarecrows.
INGREDIENTS
The crafting menu shows you the ingredients you need. I don't think it's necessary to list every ingredient in the solution. Instead, here's what you're most likely to be short of, and where to get it:
Hardwood - Replenished daily in the Secret Forest
Iridium ore - Raise your evaluation from Grandpa to "4 candles" and pick up the Statue of Perfection from his shrine the following day. Before long, you'll have more iridium ore than you can use. See more here: http://stardewvalleywiki.com/Grandpa
Solar essence - buy from Krobus
Void essence - buy from Krobus
CRAFTING
You don't need to keep track of which items you've crafted or keep them in chests; the game does that for you. Simply pick "Show Advanced Crafting Options" in the Settings menu, and voila. Putting your resource chests next to a workbench and crafting at the workbench saves you from having to put everything in your backpack.
If you don't want all this junk you'll be making, buy a Deconstructor from Mr. Qi first and toss things into it after you've made them. This could also help your resources stretch further.

Theres a lot of people in these comments saying how their achievements arent unlocking. I didnt have any problems, so i thought it was either playing in multiplayer or updates that was causing all the problems. So when i did the local coop for the recipe i had a plan. I was going to do another achievement the same day so if the achievement didnt pop i knew multiplayer was the problem. I got the recipe and shipped some stuff to reach 1mil cash and sure enough the achievement didnt unlock. Even though there was a message in the text chat saying my farm made $1mil. I closed the game (if you didnt know you can still reset the day at the cash earned screen after sleeping). So i did it again and it didnt work again. When i loaded back in then the achievement popped right away, before i even shipped my things. So maybe it was a late unlock, but it wouldve been my first while playing and wouldve been a huge coincidence. I played "journey of the prairie king" for the first achievement that same day to make sure my achievements werent still buggy and that unlocked right away. Be very cautious.

Since update 1.4 there are now 105 items to craft in the game. The additional 11 items from the solutions for 94 above are:
Wood sign
Stone sign
Garden pot
Warp totem: desert
Tea sapling
Tree fertiliser
Mini jukebox
Deluxe scarecrow
Brick floor
Grass starter
The wedding band is the 105th item, and is only available in multiplayer. I did make one in my multiplayer game but cannot say for certain if it is needed for the achievement!

There are 93 total items to craft. You'll get most of the recipes for leveling up your skills. Some of them can only be purchased, however. The vendors are Pierre at community events, Krobus, the Dwarf, and Robin. Some of Robin's recipes will only be available after you've purchased her other recipes, so just keep going in and out of the shop until she doesn't have any more for sale.
Crafting isn't tracked on the collectibles tab; the only way to know what you've made is to keep track of it manually. Here's a spreadsheet to help.
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1rTxEvKUFmRDS4l8px_84...
Be careful to track everything when you make it - some of the items can also be found as drops or given as quest rewards so just because you have something doesn't mean that you made it.

You need to unlock every recipe and craft every item once.
The full list is available on the wiki : https://stardewvalleywiki.com/Crafting
Also, if you don't want to keep a list of everything that you already crafted, you can use this great tool : https://mouseypounds.github.io/stardew-checkup/
Just select your save file and you will get a list of uncrafted items + unobtained items.
(It's also useful for a lot of other achievements like cooking)

The ingame way to check which items you have crafted is to enable "Show Advanced Crafting Information" in the settings.
This achivement requires you to go through the entire ginger island update since some recipies require Qi Gems to buy.

IN VERSION 1.4, THE TROPHY DOES NOT WORK YET, unless for some reason you have a pair of collectible scarecrows. Among the blueprints there is a crafting Deluxe Scarecrow, which is given when you collect the entire collection of Scarecrows (there are only 9 of them in the game). Two from the collection are given for 20 and 40 items sent to the museum. On version 1.4, according to the wiki, you can buy them at the Night Market in winter, if you already received them as a reward in the museum (and ended up throwing them away or they broke due to weeds on the street), but if they were received before version 1.4, then they are not there will appear. There are already reports on reddit that this bug will be fixed someday.
