Some general hints and tips when going for repairing the community centre:

Do not apply for membership to Joja Co it will turn the centre into a warehouse
This means you cannot get the achievement while going for this one.

Not all bundles require every item, some are optional, compare the slots with the items and then choose the easiest ones to get.

Plan ahead, you don't want to wait a whole year because you missed an item in one season.

Some rewards are better than others I'd recommend aiming for the greenhouse, mine carts and the bus as your first rewards.

You can check what you need for a bundle at any time by pressing and selecting the centre icon to the right of your inventory (above the trash can).

Finally the achievement doesn't unlock straight away, after sleeping I had to wait several days before it unlocked.

I created a spreadsheet for myself to use as a checklist to assist with this. It contains information on each item, what season it can be acquired in, time of day, weather etc. I have saved it in Excel format and set it so that you will need to download it before you can make changes.

Edit: As JORAX mentioned, though it kinda goes without saying, you mustn't apply for Joja membership or else you'll sabotage the Community Center, rendering this achievement unobtainable for your farm.

Edit2: SantaUndercover states that you have to sleep after completion, visit the mayor in the town to receive the award, then sleep again to get the achievement.
