You can check your shipped items from your inventory's 'Collections' tab. FLOWERS ARE NOT required for this achievement, only the other seeds you can plant and harvest.
There are 28 total crops to ship to unlock this achievement. I'll tell you where to get them, how much they cost, and how long they take to grow, each divided into their growing season. Some crops, namely the coffee beans, corn, and wheat grow in multiple seasons. In the collections tab, you can easily keep track of how many crops you have shipped by scrolling over any crop and reading the number shipped. Ready? Let's go.
