The Adventurer's Guild is located on the right of the mine entrance and can be entered as soon as you reached floor 5 in the mine and received the letter from Marlon to kill 10 slimes. When you do kill 10, you can enter the guild's "hideout". You will see a list on the right of the counter. In the beginning you will have a couple of "???", but as soon as you defeated one of the required enemies, you will unlock the counter on this list.

The list is as follows:

Slime - Kill 1000 (Doesn't matter what color!) - Can be found on all mine floors, Skull Cavern or in the Secred Woods.
Shadow Shaman or Shadow Brute (aka Void Spirits) - Kill 150 - Can be found on mine floors 81 - 119.
Bat - Kill 200 (Doesn't matter what color!) - Can be found on mine floors 31 - 119 and also in the Skull Cavern.
Skeleton - Kill 50 - Can be found on mine floors 70 - 79.
Bug, Cave Fly or Grub - Kill 125 - Can be found on mine floors 1 - 29.
Duggy - Kill 30 - Can be found on mine floors 6 - 29.
Dust Sprite - Kill 500 - Can be found on mine floors 40 - 79.

Edit: Added monsters after update 1.4:

Rock Crab, Lava Crab or Iridium Crab - Kill 60 - Can be found on mine floors 1 - 29 (Rock Crab); on mine floors 80 - 119 (Lava Crab) or in the Skull after floor 26 (Iridium Crab).
Mummy - Kill 100 - Can be found on all floors of the Skull Cavern.
Pepper Rex - Kill 50 - Can be found on the "prehistoric levels" in the Skull Cavern. Prehistoric floors are infestation type of floors. They're only very rarely found on normal floors of the Skull Caverns.
Serpent - Kill 250 - Can be found on all floors of the Skull Cavern.

I have found a solution if the achievement didn't unlock for you and you have played multiplayer. Once you have made a multiplayer lobby, all of the players will have to complete the Adventure Guild Monster Slayer goals, even though you may no longer play with them. I saved this achievement for my last ones to complete. I gave my other multiplayer character all of my items and then sped-ran the goals and got the achievement.

@jos wolfx did you happen to be in multi-player not as the host? I'm host and my wife never got the achievement despite meeting the requirements. Hopefully they fix it?

I’ve completed this entire thing but the achievement refuses to unlock. No idea what I need to do now to get it to pop.

I’ve tried killing every type of enemy again, moving my game to internal external, hard reboots etc to no avail.

Ok. Silly question, but did you also get the rewards from "Gil" the guy in the rocking chair? Also make sure that you have enough room to place them in your inventory.

Yup! All he says now is come back when I have something of worth, or something. I've received all gifts as far as I know. Both pages of monsters have * next to it as completed.

I'll be sour if this doesn't pop. It's been a few days now.

If people are worried that this isn't popping, be aware that there is a 2nd page for slaying creatures (500 Dust Sprites). I thought mine was glitched but I noticed the 2nd page.

Is there any trick to speed this up? The ratio looks like it should be rather easy to get but it takes so much time. Most of the other achievements with a much higher ratio were much easier for me. Am i missing something?

Which enemies do you still need to farm? My last one is the Dust Sprite, as they're not as frequent as the other enemies. In terms of speeding up, if you still need most enemies it's best to have the Galaxy Sword created. Bombs could help as well, but only to advance to the next floor faster.

I still need 369 Slime, 41 Shadow Shaman or Shadow Brute, 34 Skeleton, 12 Duggy and 352 Dust Sprite ... So nearly all and i am done with the rest of the game :-(

Ok so one hour grind got me 204 Slime and 217 Dust Sprite. So probably two or three more hours for everything. I am so done with this. I want to get back to something that actually feels like a game and not like everyday work

Edit: God and now my wife is pissed. She wanted me to clean the house because she had such a hard day... It was ME who was in the mine ALL THE F**ING DAY! I don't wanne live in this world anymore

@zZombieCat this just happened to me, but I was the host completed all the monsters but didnt pop. Also as host I never got the achievement for finishing the community center.

Completed it yesterday, last one was the dust sprites and didn’t unlock for me. Checked in with the guild, got the ring, and checked Qi’s list which confirmed that I had completed it, still nothing 😤😔

Ugh. I’ve done everything else on this playthrough that I can, and I just need five more Pepper Rex kills. Haven’t seen any in like five hours of Skull Cavern runs.

@SocmBaucom and everyone else in their position.. when you know you are about to get an achievement (you've checked the wiki and are 100% sure you understand how it is supposed to unlock) you should start a new day then complete the last Adventure Guild Monster Slayer goal and if the achievement doesn't pop.. reset the day and try again.. had to do that a few times in this game

Just make sure your magma sprite quest isn't the last one you complete, because i as host got the achievement, but not my girlfriend and after some research it seems the magma sprites cause the trouble.

The other guide is great but it should be noted that Magma Sprites found in the Volcano Dungeon are also on the list to be killed as well. You need to defeat 150 of them.
