How to unlock the Dolittle achievement in Starlink: Battle for Atlas - Definitive Guide
This will very likely be the last achievement on your list.
I wasn't able to find them all for some reason until I discovered this little trick:
Build a workshop! In front of it you will always find a scanner that you can equip which will show nearby animals on your map. Makes this achievement rather simple.
Good hunting!

The animals that will attack you are hard to scan unless you make your ship really heavy. Commander Armor will do it.

There are three species on every planet. You just have to discover every of them to get this achievement. Some of them are a bit tricky, because they attacks you. Easiest are the ones who had a virus on his back which can be removed by us. If this is successful they standing Stil a few seconds and we can scan them easily.

I found usually they are close to each other, so if you find one type, the other 2 should be around. Also, if you're flying around, sometimes you'll get an alert about animal with infection, which helps too to gather the last ones.

I just completed Starlink, and would like to let new hunters to this game know that there is a monster that I had trouble finding :
On the planet Ashar, you have 4 monsters to find, and there is a worm that is only found in boiling lakes. I circled the land for a while with my detector in desperation. But I crossed a large lake by chance, it started shaking and I chased him to take his horn. At this time, it enters the data.
Good luck, just don't forget to grab a detector when things get tricky ~

Each planet has three unique animal species. To "discover" them, you need to scan at least three specimens of each. Move in close to the animal and hold to begin the scan, then move in a circle around the animal until all the markers are filled in. You can use the Atlas Discoveries menu to track which ones you need.
Workshops and Observatories will often have scanners lying around outside. These are items that you can hold while flying around which will flag up all animals on your map (not just the one named by the scanner) - they'll appear as paw icons. If you scan three of the animal that the scanner wants, you can return it to the outpost for a reward, but they're useful just to find the animals that you need for this achievment.

The most boring trophy in the game, to get it you need to find and scan all 21 species of animals that inhabit the game world, three creatures on each planet. I recommend that while working on all other trophies, including completing the story, if possible, scan all the animals you meet. But even with this approach, after receiving all the trophies, most likely you will still have a couple of animals that you did not find.
Finding these animals can be quite challenging since they are not shown on the map by default, but there is a little trick. There is always a biological scanner near each observatory. When you pick it up, signs towards animals appear on the map. Just fly along the markers and scan unknown animals.

In fact, there are 23 animals. On the desert planets Kirite and acid Ashar there are underground worms, which are also needed for the trophy. They are displayed on the map with the paw of an animal, like ordinary ones, but yellow in color. I thought the trophy had gone wrong, because the collection contained all 21 animals and worms from Kirite. After searching the net, I found information that Ashara should also have a worm that lives near acidic lakes. After riding on the planet along rivers and lakes, I actually met a worm, and after that the trophy fell out
