Collect all stars to in world 7 - Lava Chamber
Some stars are hidden in blocks, so dig or destroy as many blocks as you can to find them all.
There are 3 gold stars that need specific suits, however, all three can be obtained with only the purchase of the Bomb . Electric and Flying suit.
Level 50 - Bomb Suit
You are supposed to use the fire suit but the bomb suit will do. The star is in a pit of lava. You can open the top with a bomb, then drop timer bombs down the hole, it will blow up the block at the bottom and once the lava drains out, you can get the star safely.
Level 52 - Electric suit
I cannot find any way to get this without the electric suit. Star is in the shaft blocked by 3 metal blocks, you cannot get behind to push them so seems pulling with the electric suit is the only way to obtain this.
Level 54 - Flying suit
Early in the level, gold star is across a spike pit with fire enemies flying up and down. Just shoot arrows until the enemies are gone, then fly over. You may need to go to the far left and tap up to start flying then just glide across.
