Collect all stars to in world 6 - Mirage Desert
Some stars are hidden in blocks, so dig or destroy as many blocks as you can to find them all.

There are 3 gold stars that need specific suits, however, all three can be obtained with only the purchase of the Bomb suit.

Level 42 - Bomb suit
I think you are supposed to use the fire suit self explode power, but it is not needed. You can get it with the Bomb suit. There is an elevator and two hard rock blocks above it. Timer bombs do not work on elevators, but we can still blow up the block above you. Stack two bombs to the right, then when the elevator lifts you up, shoot a bomb at the stacked two. You can then shoot bombs at the wall to blow up the next one and shoot the final block buy bouncing on the drum and get the gold star
Level 44 - Any
Gold star is at the bottom of a water section with cogs, you can swim down, get the star and tunnel out the bottom. Or if you have the flying suit, much easier to fly dig to it from beneath using the upward dig ability.
Level 46 - Any thing that can break glass blocks.
The gold star requires you reach the yellow teleporter. It is not far from the start of the level. There is a glass block that is one block high, just fly and push it with the flying suit or jump and shoot it with pretty much any suit with a projectile.
