Pretty simply, you just need to drift until the bar turns blue (do NOT max the drift out. If the bar turns purple, it will not count) ten times. This can often be completed in juncture with other achievements, such as winning a 150cc or 300cc race.
This achievement does not need to be completed in one race, but it is easy enough to do in a single race.

any idea how to get this one to unlock? I unlocked the one for 1000 already, but this bugger won't unlock! The in-game mission shows it as being completed.
After I complete the game, if it isn't unlocked by then, I will start a new game and see if that works.
