To unlock this achievement, you'll have to win a cup with the Adventure Kart which will be freely available when you start the game. When you are selecting your Kart, it will be the 1st kart. You can choose any cup, but Parallel Peaks on 150cc will be the easiest to tackle. After racing all 4 tracks and winning the cup, you'll unlock the achievement!
