How to unlock the Player Level Ups 5 achievement in Starlit Kart Racing - Definitive Guide

To get this achievement, you will need to reach level 6 (which actually counts as level 5 in this game) and will pop as soon as you hit level 6. You can do this by winning races to gain more XP.
To help progress this, make sure you are upgrading your Driver Skills when you can. Acceleration, Boost, and Drift are your best bet to upgrade when you first start. You can do this in 150cc if you are a beginner, but I do suggest 300cc as you do get the 1.5x rewards - either way will get progress your level!

The Player Level Ups 30 achievement in Starlit Kart Racing worth 890 pointsYou have reached level 30!

Can confirm this unlocks at Lv 6

I should have specified that. I did say when I hit Level 6, it did pop for me. Thanks for confirming!
