To get the Citizen Z achievement in State of Decay 2 do the following:
Shooting a flare and asking for multiplayer help counts toward this, so you can boost this in about two minutes. Go into the scouting menu, select Request Help, then go back into the menu and cancel matchmaking. Repeat this process 25 times. Doing this for the first time will also get you two other achievements:
The Call Me Any Anytime achievement in State of Decay 2: Juggernaut Edition worth 12 pointsCall in a radio command.
and
The Sie sind das Essen und wir sind die Jaeger! achievement in State of Decay 2: Juggernaut Edition worth 38 pointsShoot off a flare (or volunteer to help someone who does).

After my two ultimate edition supply drops and an accidental medical advice that cost all my influence I popped this after sending eleven flares so I'm pretty sure canceling it also counts as a radio command.
