All you have to do is make sure no one uses any explosives until you finish wave 4 where the cheevo will pop. This is best done in a solo or friends only party session.
I did accidentally deploy a remote grenade but did not detonate it and still got the achievement.

You must reach the fifth wave without any explosives. This means no grenades, no mines, no placed explosives, and not even molotovs or fire based thrown weapons. Just play it safe, and assume anything you throw nulls the achievement.
You should play this from in front of the walls, and kill everything that approaches. Since you don't have explosives to shred juggernauts, you need an automatic to dump bullets in their head. I did this using the RTX Stormbringer
You should be able to achieve this solo as long as you understand the basics of the gamemode. I'd suggest not trying to stack this with
